Fees are non-refundable
Fees are paid at the beginning of the month or session, and are not refunded. They cannot be transferred, carried forward, or adjusted against future classes unless CforChords specifically approves it.
If CforChords cancels
If a teacher cancels a class, that class is rescheduled or adjusted. Nothing is lost.
Missed classes
For one-to-one classes, ask to reschedule at least 24 hours ahead, and we will move the class if your teacher is free. If the teacher arrives and the student is not there, with no notice beforehand, the class counts as taken and is not refunded, adjusted or carried forward.
One student missing a group class does not qualify for a refund, a fee adjustment or a separate make-up class.
